What this notice covers

This notice explains how Mind Training processes information when our games are embedded on a publisher’s website or app. It does not replace the publisher’s own privacy policy for its readers.

Roles

• Publisher: controller of reader accounts and of any User ID it sends to us.
• Mind Training: processor of that User ID and of related game data, under the publisher’s instructions and our contract.

What we process (and why)

• Technical device identifier (UUID) in browser localStorage: keep the same game state / played games for the same user on the same device.
• User ID provided by the publisher: link progress and access rules to the user the publisher already identified (strictly functional).

We do not drop our own trackers, advertising cookies, or analytics SDKs.

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling for ads, or selling it to third parties.

Legal basis (summary)

• Device UUID (localStorage): strictly necessary for the games service the user requests.
• Publisher User ID: processed as processor on behalf of the publisher; the publisher is responsible for the legal basis toward its readers.

Retention

• localStorage UUID: stays on the device until the user clears site data, or the integration replaces it.
• Publisher User ID and related game data on our side: kept as needed to provide the service, and deleted or returned per the publisher’s instructions and our agreement (unless law requires longer retention).

Hosting and sharing

We use service providers in the EU/EEA only to host, operate, and maintain the games platform. Personal data processed for this service is not transferred to a third country. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under applicable law (including the GDPR) you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.

• For data tied to a publisher account / User ID, contact the publisher first (they are the controller). We assist them where required.

Consent / CMP

The games integration can run without optional marketing or analytics trackers. It only needs this strictly necessary localStorage use to function.
